National Kabaddi player Babaji (Daji) Birmole breathe his last this Wednesday. He was 79 years old. Babaji used to live with his two sons, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren. He used to practice with Shri Ram Sangh, Babaji Jamsandekar, and Dutta Malap in Lower Parel.
Moreover, he has represented the state of Maharashtra for the state level competitions held in Mumbai, Cuttack, and Amritsar. Babaji was running quite ill since a past couple of days owing to which he died in Sindhudurg.
