On 92nd anniversary of singer, BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain unveiled the plaque. Present at the ceremony were Mumbai BJP President Ashish Shelar, Deputy Mayor Alka Kerkar, BMC Deputy Commissioner Vasant Prabhu, Joint Commissioner Sharad Ugade and family members of the singer along with his die hard fans.
Mohd. Rafi's voice knew no boundaries it touched hearts of every soul irrespective of caste, creed, sex or religion.
