Pravin Darekar slams CM and MVA Government

BJP leader Praveen Darekar, on Saturday, October 31, criticised Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and the Mahavikas Aghadi (MVA) government stating that they are not serving justice to the people in need. Hence, people are forced to seek Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari's help for their troubles. Adding more, he asked the MVA government to introspect the matter and understand why the people are reaching out to the governor

Criticizing the MVA government further, he said that it is clear from Ashok Chavan's statement regarding the 'fuss' that's going on is going on in the party, and added that the CM does not pay money to Congress controlled municipalities such as the Nanded Municipal Corporation. Similar issues were highlighted which showcase discord in the Mahavikas Aghadi.

Darekar further alleged that the Congress, NCP and Shiv Sena are constantly at loggerheads over subject related to the transfers or allocation of development funds; and said that the alliance has neglected the struggles faced by the people of Maharashtra and their development work.

Shedding more light he said that the government needs to get rid of the illusion and stop believing that 'they are Maharashtra'. It is important to note that 'every citizen' in Maharashtra is a part of the state, and every leader serves for the state. Haven't they met Governor before? he questioned, by adding that this now shows that the government is attempting to divert people's attention by creating such a controversy which can cover the failure across issues faced by the people and the state.

They are forced to meet the Governor as the current government is not offering solutions and the CM is taking no action. Further, the Ministers and the people are not getting justice, and such behaviour needs to be introspected.
