BJP registers 1,800 village heads for Konkan

Konkan Nagar – With an eye on the votes of people from the Konkan region, the BJP has registered 1,800 village heads from the city under the party’s ‘Konkan Gaon Pramukh Yojana’. There are around 3,500 villages in Sindhudurg, Ratnagiri and Raigad and many people from these villages reside in Mumbai for work. The party has brought them under the Konkan Vikas Aghadi that had held the programme at Konkan Nagar in Bhandup on Sunday.
