After Sujay Vikhe Patil – the son of Congress and Opposition leader Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil - joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Congress leader Balasaheb Thorat questioned the loyalty of the opposition leader.
However, Congress on Tuesday showed confidence in the senior leader and listed Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil as one of the star campaigners ahead of Lok Sabha poll which will be held next month.
In the list, along with Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil, Maharashtra Congress President Ashok Chavan, Sanjay Nirupam, Milind Deora, Naseem Khan, Kripashankar Singh have been named from Maharashtra.

The list which named the star campaigns also includes the top brass of Congress leaders such as Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, and Manmohan Singh.
