After Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis ordered the administration to put a stay order on all activities related to CIDCO land in Navi Mumbai, Opposition leader Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil on Friday said that the government is bowing down before the truth.
This decision comes after ordering a judicial probe in the matter. To this, Patil said that the decision taken by the CM proves that the allegations made by them are factual.

From the documents given it is visible that this business has put ₹2,000 crore of public money to waste, benefiting only certain people. If the government hadn’t put a stay order on the same, it would have difficult for them to not get caught.” Patil said, referring to the CIDCO land scam.
There are several other documents highlighting the land scam, Patil asserted, adding that the government’s decision to put stay order on activities related to the land in Navi Mumbai is a big win for truth and opposition parties.
Earlier on Friday, during the monsoon session of Maharashtra Assembly, the opposition took an aggressive stand against the alleged land scam.
