Maratha Kranti Thok Morcha (MKTM) announced their dissatisfaction regarding the hollow promises made by Maharashtra government over their demand for reservation and warned of an agitation if the reservation proceedings do not conclude till November 15.
While speaking at a press conference in Mumbai, MKTM coordinator Abasaheb Patil informed that there will be statewide agitation from November 25, adding that the Maharashtra government has failed to take any initiative in the matter which is an insult to the Maratha community.

Patil said that the Maharashtra government assured Maratha community that their demands for reservation will be catered legally and if needed, a special assembly session will be held. However, the state government has not taken any steps to fulfil their demands.
Patil further said that the Maratha outfits will agitate from November 25 across Maharashtra outside MPs and MLAs residences.
