After praising the central government for scrapping Article 370, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Friday slammed Modi government over the same highlighting the complete lockdown in Jammu and Kashmir. 

While expressing concern during his address at Ravindra Natya Mandir in Mumbai, Thackeray stated that there is no TV, internet, landline, cellphone connection in the valley and security personnel are standing outside people's homes with guns.

Tomorrow, the same security personnel might stand outside your homes in Mumbai or Vidarbha. At that time, your views will be pointless. This is happening because of the huge majority of the government in the centre," MNS chief Raj Thackeray said while addressing party workers. 

Thackeray further rubbished Prime Minister Narendra Modi's claim of generating employment in J&K after the scrapping of Article 370 saying that Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra don't have Article 370 but there is no employment in either state.
