You will have a lot of free time after elections: MNS to Ashish Shelar over his remarks against Raj Thackeray

Mumbai BJP President Ashish Shelar had earlier taunted Raj Thackeray over his cartoon against Prime Minister Narendra Modi

After Mumbai Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Ashish Shelar on Thursday taunted Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray over his cartoon which criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi, MNS Chitrapat Sena chief Ameya Khopkar lashed out at Shelar saying, “After the upcoming elections, you will get enough free time. Start thinking about what you will do then.”

Earlier, Shelar took a jibe at Raj Thackeray over his cartoon. Pointing towards Thackeray, the Mumbai BJP president said that those who are self-centred itself won’t understand Modi’s interview. “Raj Thackeray has free time to draw cartoons. Modi keeps nation first and then his party,” tweeted Shelar on Thursday.

Wait for some time, after the upcoming elections you will get enough of free time and that too for years. So, start thinking how are you going to utilise that time,” said Khopkar while talking to Mumbai Live.

MNS General Secretary Sandeep Deshpande also targeted Shelar for his tweet and said that Shelar should come out from the shelter of his "big boss”. “Don’t tell us what to watch, we’ll decide for ourselves. However, you don’t understand that the wind is not in your favour,” tweeted Deshpande.
