The political parties in Maharashtra are preparing for the upcoming state legislative assembly elections. After facing defeat in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leadership has asked its party workers to work hard for the next 90 days.

NCP has directed the party workers to focus on exposing the failure and scams carried out by Fadnavis-led government. Along with this, the party leadership has asked the party workers to aware people across the state regarding the failures of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Shiv Sena alliance.

NCP leader Ajit Pawar also informed that the party won't merge with Congress for the upcoming state assembly polls. Earlier, senior NCP leader Ganesh Naik had also clarified that they won't be contesting with Congress.

We have exposed scams carried out by Devendra Fadnavis-led government but the Chief Minister gave clean chit to the tainted ministers. The state government failed to work on the issue of unemployment while betraying Maratha and Dhangar community over reservation issue. The failures of the Fadnavis government should be highlighted before the people," NCP leader Ajit Pawar asserted.
