Mumbai- Mumbai congress president Sanjay Nirupam questioned the surgical strike blaming BJP government for fabricating the story. He tweeted "Every Indian was hoping for a surgical strike against Pakistan but not the fabricated one. Ruling government is only playing politics over so-called surgical strike". He added that such strike took place during congress reign as well but they never publicised this issue.
