Ghatkopar- On Saturday, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray paid a visit to MNS corporator Sanjay Turde and party workers at Rajawadi hospital, after they were attacked by some unknown assailants.
Turde alleged that he was attacked by none other than BJP party workers and so he lodged a complaint with Vinobha Bhave police station against Sudhir Katu, Kiran Pawar, Sachin Kanade, Kunal Kanade, Deepu Singh, Nitin Kanade, Shyam Khatu, Sunil Matugade, Sanjay Pawar Hemant Pawar, and other 25 people. Police have detained seven people in this case and have also provided police protection to Turde.
On 23 February, when Sanjay Turde was busy celebrating his victory post-BMC results, some unknown men assaulted Turde and his party workers.
