Mumbai - Death of penguin has created too much furore on the political ground. In connection with this, Congress Corporator and opposition leader in BMC, Pravin Chheda has raised a question and allegedly targeted Shiv Sena for tweaking documents entailing purchase of penguins. BMC already had a word on this issue, but Pravin Chheda is determined on it's stand and want legal action against the contractor. Standing Committee's Chairman Yasodhar Phanse will look again into the matter.
