Shiv Sena gave a chance to 23 year old MBA student to contest the BMC election and he nailed it. Today his teachers and friends are happy and proud of him.
The Sena fielded 23 year old Harshad Karkar from ward no. 6 and he won the elections. He is considered as the youngest candidate who is pursuing his MBA last year from Francis Institute of Borivali. Harshad wants to focus on his slum area by building a library for poor students.
“I feel happy and proud that I am the youngest candidate who got to contest and win as well. I myself stay in slum area and so I am planning to work for the betterment of my area,” said Harshad Kakkar, corporator.
