Parel East – MP Supriya Sule unveiled the debit card of the Konkan Co-operative Bank at a programme held at ITC Grand Central hall on 5 November. MLA Jitendra Awhad, bank director Nazim Mulla, Shakil Qazi and other dignitaries were present on this occasion. Addressing the occasion, Sule said that co-operative banks are not a business but a social medium helping the common man to survive. The NCP leader also promised to solve the co-operative institutions' problems by taking up their issues with the Reserve Bank of India and the Central government.
