Mumbai – Congress spokesperson Sachin Sawant wrote a letter to the State Election Commission to take action against Aamir Khan, BJP, and Mumbai First NGO for violating the code of conduct.
According to Sawant, NGO Mumbai First came out with an ad which had used words like transparency and change, which apparently was a tag line of BJP social media campaign. Sawant alleged that NGO is connected to CM Devendra Phadnavis and so SEC should take action against Aamir Khan, Mumbai First NGO, and BJP for violating the code of conduct.
Meanwhile, SEC commissioner J S Saharia said that he has received the complaint and will take action accordingly.
