This is the second time Uddhav Thackeray is holding a rally after the split. The rally took place at Shivaji Park, Dadar. Before Uddhav Thackeray, other political leaders of UBT spoke their mind where they criticised the Ekanth Shinde's group spoke on Maharashtra's development.

He also touched on deaths of patients in the government hospital in Maharashtra's Nanded city, which reported 31 patient deaths in a span of 48 hours. He alleged that the state government promised that INR 5 lakh free medicines will be given but there was no implementation. He also added that 6,700 children died in various hospitals across Maharashtra which is not something to be proud of.

Meanwhile, UBT group leader Sushma Andhare said that she has been speaking on the drugs issue where the cases are escalating and she does not want Maharashtra to be a Udta Punjab. She mentioned that in recent months, INR 300 cr MD drugs were seized, INR 16 cr drugs and INR 500 cr cocaine were seized and nothing is being done for this. She also spoke on Lalit Patil alleging that Nashik Guardian Minister Dada Bhuse had put pressure on the hospital administration to admit the arrested drug smuggler Lalit Patil to Pune's Sassoon Hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, Bhuse sent a legal notice to Andhare objecting that all these allegations are false and defaming him.

Who did Devendra Fadnavis create? He didn't make anyone". Sushma Andahare also alleged that the party put an end to good speakers namely Vinod Tawde, Pankaja Munde, Eknath Khadse.

Shiv Sena UBT leader Sanjay Raut spoke on how he was not there at last year's Dussehra rally as he was in jail for 100 days. He said the jail term did not break his spirit. Further he mentioned about Hasan Mushrif where the latter said that the BJP was going to put him in jail but when he joined the BJP, the ED closed his file.
"The Shinde government is planning to bring wagh nakha- which was used by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj to defeat Afzal Khan on November 16 November. Let the weapon come to Maharashtra, however, real heroes are here in Maharashtra and these very people will defeat the Shinde government in 2024 and will bring the Thackeray government to power and will end the corruption", said Raut.

He criticised the PM Narendra Modi saying that he should not speak about the family as he himself does not believe in it. Comparing him with Hitler he said the latter had no family and made the country suffer. People should take note of it as this can happen in India as well.
He pointed out to Sanjay Raut saying the Thackeray government will be back and will not spare those who are corrupted. “Meanwhile, there were talks of Hanuman Chalisa, however, has anyone had courage to say it in Manipur?”

Investigate PM Care Fund
"The PM Care fund needs to be investigated as it is the public's money and the public has all the right to know. When PM Modi asked people to make noise using utensils, we were providing food to people for INR 5. We were asked to open temples and we were providing medical assistance, and this is our Hindutva."

"We created the I.N.D.I.A party and PM Modi compared us to Mujahideen, however Pakistan cricket players were welcomed with open arms in Ahmedabad, yet we are called as unpatriotic", said Uddhav.
Hinting at Shinde group, Uddhav said defectors will never be able to call themselves as loyal and their future generations will carry the same fate and will be known as traitors. He took a jab at Sudhir Mungantiwar referring to the wagh nakha, saying that if its a real weapon then it should be brought to Maharashtra forever and not on the loan basis.
