Mumbai - Is this demonetisation effect, yes indeed. Never has anyone seen political parties putting up flag in a single stick. This has happened in Colaba, one stick is supporting the flags of two parties. They are allies but they don't work in that manner and this is clearly shown in the video. BJP flag was took off from the stick and Shiv Sena's flag was put on the stick. Parties used to spend money like water on promotion, but this a very strange show of promotion.
