Byculla - Driven by the courage and fueled by fire, the fireman were up for fire drill competition. The competition was held on Tuesday at 9.30 am at Mumbai Fire Brigade headquarters in Byculla. Across Mumbai, 30 teams of firemen participated in the competition. The teams competed in three stages to prove their skill.

The team from Kurla won the coveted trophy in the gracious presence of BMC Commissioner Ajoy Mehta, Deputy Commissioner Pallavi Darade and I.A.Kundal, Commissioner Western Suburbs. The winning team received memento at the hands of Pallavi Darade.
