Over the years it has been observed that several Mumbaikars risk their lives by living in dilapidated buildings. The city has several residential structures which need to be redeveloped, and officials mark these buildings, thereby offering alternatives to the residents. Despite this, such buildings add more and more concerns about the lives of many.

As per reports, the city has many such buildings, where people have been living out of no choice. Despite the efforts, the residents of these buildings do not get justice.

One such incident was reported by Mumbai Live, where a building in poor condition was a risk to many residents in Borivali.
