The Jakhadevi Hospital located on Gokhale road in Dadar near the municipal school is in a state of ruins. The ground seems to be completely void of any kind of activity considering it does not have a playground. Moreover, in the pretext of redevelopment, there is the huge mess in the compound.
The residents have stated that since the kids don’t have a playground to play, the hospital must be redeveloped. Further, the wall of the compound was set up through funds allocated to MNS leader Sandip Deshpande in the year 2013-14. Ramakant Biradar, Assistant Commissioner G/North ward stated that within a span of 2-3 years corporation will construct a multi-specialty clinic in the compound.
