It seems that BMC is least interested in finishing off the construction of a public toilet which was initiated by a group of Norwegian volunteers. The 15 member group was led by alexander Medin who had spent more than 22 years in India knew that people face civic problems. And so his group sought the permission from BMC and they started constructing a public toilet in the vicinity of Mumbai Central station. After a while, they handed over the construction to BMC who planned to complete it by April. However, it is still incomplete.

Meanwhile, when Mumbai Live spoke to the local corporator Arundhati Dudhwadkar, she said that construction is incomplete due to technical reasons and will be completed soon.
