According to the latest reports, a statement of Sanjay Kumar Singh, DDG (Operations), NCB read that all the accused persons in the cruise drug bust case were found in possession of narcotics except Aryan and Mohak.

The statement reportedly added that a complaint against 14 people through the many sections of the NDPS Act is being filed. However, a complaint against the rest six people is not being filed owing to a lack of evidence.

With these developments, Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor, Shah Rukh Khan attained a clean chit by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the drugs on cruise case.

Going back, the NCB raided the cruise ship, Cordelia and seized a certain amount of drugs and registered a case. Following this, some were detained. Three people were then arrested including Aryan Khan, his friend Arbaaz Merchant and model Munmun Dhamecha.

The three were sent into NCB custody when alleged incriminating evidence was found on Khan's phone. Later the three were sent to judicial custody during which the three applied for bail. Khan failed to attain bail, after which the matter was put before the Bombay High Court. After a three-day hearing of the case, the three were granted bail. Therefore, after 22 days, Khan walked out of jail.
