Popular filmmaker of Bollywood Boney Kapoor feels great to know that the everyone still remembers 1987 hit film Mr. India.
"I'm so happy and proud that people remember 'Mr. India' fondly even today. I remember being one of the youngest members behind the camera and today with 'MOM', I'm the eldest member. With 'Mr.India' we were never dependent on the stardom of the actors, just on the magic of the film," said the producer Boney Kapoor.
Mr. India featured the super talented actress Sridevi and the superstar Anil Kapoor, the film completed 30 years of its release in the industry recently.
Adding further to the movie Boney said, “All our fight sequences, stunts, and the destruction... It was real-time direction and special effects; not done during post-production."
Boney Kapoor is now all set for his upcoming release Mom which features Sridevi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Akshaye Khanna. Mom is Sridevi’s 300th film and it also marks 50 years of Sridevi in the Entertainment industry. The film is directed by Ravi Udyawar and is going to release on 17 July 2017.
