The Vikhroli Police on Thursday has filed a complaint against Bollywood Actress Kangana Ranaut for allegedly using “derogatory and foul language” against Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.

This comes after Mumbai-based lawyer Nitin Mane filed a complaint with the police after which a non-cognisable (NC) offence was registered against the actress. Mane said that Kangana has used offensive language against the Chief Minister in a video uploaded on social media.

Now, a total of three police complaints have been registered against Bollywood Actress Kangana Ranaut. She uploaded the video addressing Uddhav Thackeray saying that his “ego will be destroyed” the way her house was demolished.

“Uddhav Thackeray, tujhe kya lagta hai (what do you think)? You think you have taken revenge by demolishing my house. Your ego will be destroyed similarly,” Ranaut said in a video after the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) demolished a portion of her office in Bandra.

Mane, the complainant, is also expected to move to court as no FIR was registered but only an NC. He plans to file a defamation case against Kangana Ranaut for “insulting” the Chief Minister.

Earlier, a complaint has been filed against actress Kangana Ranaut at Khar and Azad Maidan police stations in Mumbai. Santosh Deshpande at Khar Police Station and Nizamuddin Ryan at Azad Maidan have filed complaints. Both these complaints have been lodged against the police for making controversial tweets.
