SaReGaMaPa L'il champs 2017 winner Shreyan Bhattacharya's Exclusive interview

Shreyan Bhattacharya and Anjali Gaikwad have been announced as the winners of Zee TV's Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs 2017, which was mentored by Neha Kakkar, Javed Ali and Himesh Reshammiya. The show was also accompanied by many respected jury members from the music fraternity. The extremely interesting competition between teams Bhukamp vs Toofan finally came to an end with a tie.

In an exclusive conversation with Mumbai Live, one of the winners of Zee TV's Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs 2017, Shreyan Bhattacharya shared moments about his journey, winning the title and much more. Shreyan was from the team Bhukamp, this Kolkata resident singer was eagerly waiting for the winning moment to come. Here's what he has to say...

Moment when you were announced the winner:

Who will become the winner? was the only thought running through my mind. And when my name was announced I felt really very happy; my mummy-papa, my followers started crying at that point of time.

Your feelings after winning the show:

I am feeling very happy after winning the trophy of L'il Champs. More than me my mummy and papa are happy as it was their dream. I used to do my riyaaz (practice) every day as I wanted to accomplish this title.

Elaborating more about it the winner mentioned, 

Future Plans, after SaReGaMaPa L'il Champs 2017:

I want to learn singing more, do more riyaaz (practice). Rest whatever my mummy- papa will decide I will do. For now, my dad has planned a special screening here in our hometown for close friends and relatives in a ground nearby so I am very much excited to watch the Finale episode.

How does it feel sharing the trophy and title with Anjali Gaikwad?

Anjali was one of the toughest competition on the show. Sharing the title with her only makes me happy as we both worked hard and it feels nice to share the joy with her. She deserved the title as much as I did.

The finale episode was shot in Jaipur along with other finalists of the show, who made the journey interesting and emotional. The episode also saw the comedy king Kapil Sharma who joined the contestants to promote his upcoming movie 'Firangi'.
