After Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on March 9 said that expect a Pulwama-like attack ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha polls, a formal complaint was registered against Thackeray at Chembur Police station for making an irresponsible remark. 

Thackeray was speaking at the 13th anniversary of his party and made these remarks while attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). 

Social Activist and Journalist S. Balakrishnan filed a complaint with Chembur police station demanding to prosecute Raj Thackeray for his comments regarding Pulwama attacks.

Earlier on Saturday, the MNS chief pointed out that there will be another Pulwama-type attack in the next two months to divert attention from all issues to patriotism. They can do this to win the elections, Raj Thackeray added.
