Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Dhananjay Munde has been accused of violating the Code of Conduct (CoC) for the elections by holding a press conference at a government residence

Sabha elections will be held this year. Accordingly, Model Code of Conduct has
been applied throughout the country by the Election Commission, which has
been closely monitoring the political parties.
Accordingly, just a few days prior to the elections, the Commission
has filed a case against the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader
Dhananjay Munde for violating the Model Code of Conduct.
Munde is the Opposition leader at Maharashtra Vidhan Parishad and
had recently organised a press conference for releasing the party's
manifesto. However, the press was addressed at his government residence
which is a violation of the Model CoC which says that government property
cannot be used while the Code of Conduct is implied.
Meanwhile, amidst the election season, the NCP leader has been having
a verbal spat with Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Pankaja Munde, who is his sister. With the complaint being against Dhananjay Munde, it
is expected that the war between the two will ensue further,
