Maharashtra Kranti Sena to represent Maratha community

Despite opposition from other Maratha outfits, Suresh Patil has declared a new party to strengthen the Maratha community’s Morcha over their demands of reservation

Maharashtra has witnessed several protests and agitations from Maratha community over their demand of reservation. With several assurances from Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and the matter being in the court, nothing notable has been done yet. 

Of several Maratha outfits, one has declared to form a party - Maharashtra Kranti Sena - which aims to give strength to the demands of the Maratha community and their movement.

Last few times, there were certain speculations and hints from Maratha Morcha coordinator Suresh Patil to form a new party. However, the decision to form a party was hazy amid several objections from several Maratha outfits while Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader, and MP Udayanraje Bhosale has endorsed the same.   

Along with this, Suresh Patil hinted that the newly formed party might start its political career in the upcoming polls next year.
