If one can recall, it was Raj Thackeray’s Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) who forced all shopkeepers in Mumbai to change their shop’s names into Marathi. With an immediate effect, it was done and as a result of which, if we see today, shops have a board in both languages ie, Marathi and English.

And now, MNS is back with the same propaganda and this time, they have forced bottled water companies to print the brand name in Marathi. They have claimed that they are the reason for this change.

Swabhiman Sanghatna claims otherwise

On one hand, MNS is claiming that because of them Bisleri changed their English brand name into Marathi and on the other hand, Swabhimaan Sanghatna says, it was because of their party. Rane Jr made a claim Facebook saying that his party was the first one to demand the same and wrote to the company.
