“You are joining Shiv Sena after the results, but true winners celebrate their victory with conviction. If there’s no joy in winning, it means there’s no belief in triumph. Those who reflect on their defeat today shape tomorrow's history,” said Uddhav Thackeray while addressing party workers, emphasising the importance of creating a legacy.

Our rightful Mumbai is being scrapped. Uddhav Thackeray also said that the Election Commission has no right to give the name Shiv Sena to anyone else.
