There were rumours that Chief Minister Eknath Shinde was going to resign. In this background, Shinde while explaining his position said that the government is strong. From the day this government was sworn in, there have been rumours that the government will fall. Now these rumours have crossed all limits. But this government has the support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. He reiterated that there is no threat to the government.
Meanwhile, it has come to light that Deputy Speaker of Legislative Council Dr. Neelam Gorhe will join the Shiv Sena of the Shinde group. Along with Neelam Gorhe, two big office bearers and activists will also join the Shiv Sena.
