Thane district president Anand Paranjape and senior former corporator Najeeb Mulla, who supported Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar after the rebellion in the Nationalist Party, have set up a new party office. Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar will inaugurate this office on Thursday, July 27.


After Shiv Sena in the state, there was a big rebellion in NCP. NCP leader Ajit Pawar along with 9 leaders joined the government after taking oath of ministerial post. After this rebellion, two factions have fallen in the NCP in Thane district. Party's Thane district president Anand Paranjape and senior former corporator Najeeb Mulla supported Ajit Pawar, while MLA Jitendra Awad supported NCP's party president Sharad Pawar. There is an office of the Nationalist Party in the Panch Pakhadi area of Thane and this seat belongs to Jitendra Awhad. Therefore, district president Anand Paranjape and senior former corporator Najeeb Mulla have set up a new office of the party.

This office has been set up on the ground floor of Flower Valley Complex. The office is located on Seva Road opposite to MLA Jitendra Awad's Naad bungalow. Meanwhile, this office will be inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar on Thursday, July 27 at 6:30 pm. State President Sunil Tatkare, Women State President Rupali Chakankar and Youth State President Suraj Chavan will be present.
