The Shiv Sena is an unhappy party, as the state budget was approved in the absence of 19 MLAs who have been suspended, and because there was no discussion on the budget before approval.
Shiv Sena MLA Vijay Auti has expressed his objection to the budget claiming it should have been discussed before being approved.

Meanwhile, after suspension of the 19 MLAs, Congress and Nationalist Congress Party and other opposition MLAs started silent agitation against the action against the Congress.
