Bandra- Sorthiya Muslim Ghatik Community Committee elections are over and now they are waiting for the results. Committee member Abu Bakra Abdul Sorthiya said that this election is contested in every three years and is been doing it for the last 50 years. 40 people had participated in this election. This election took place near S V Roads's Badi Masjid.
This community is 50 years old and they help out their members by providing them with donations, school fees and helping out widows with ration. They also marry off their girls. During this elections, former corporator Raja Rahbaar Khan helped out in the elections.
