Santacruz- In order to stop water theft, Shiv Sena’s ward president Jitendra Janawale led the protest at K west ward along with the residents. Water theft is rampant under the Gokhale bridge where tanker mafia are in full swing. Janawale claims that because of the protest, tanker mafia stopped stealing water. He also added that he will protest if water stealing doesn’t stop.
