FYJC Admissions: Schedule for the Second Merit Round Announced
SHARES

The Maharashtra School Education Department has announced the timetable for the second round of FYJC (First Year Junior College) admissions.

Students who were not allotted a seat in the first round, or those wishing to change their college preferences, will be able to modify their preference list during the specified correction window. Applicants can also make necessary corrections to their admission forms during this period.

After the preference-editing process is completed, the department will publish the list of vacant seats available in junior colleges. Based on these vacancies and the revised preferences submitted by students, the second merit (allotment) list will be prepared and released.

Students whose names appear in the second allotment list will need to visit their allotted colleges, complete document verification, and confirm admission within the prescribed deadline. Failure to confirm admission within the given period may result in cancellation of the allotted seat.

According to the announced schedule, students can revise their preferences and make corrections from June 6 onward, while the second allotment list is expected to be released on June 13. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official FYJC admission portal for updates and further instructions.
