Uddhav Thackeray and Raosaheb Danve to meet soon to discuss progress on the bullet train project

Union Minister of State for Railways, Raosaheb Danve, on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, mocked the Maha Vikas Aghadi stating that the three parties which have formed an alliance are in three different directions and will will quarrel among itself. Talking about their decision-making skills, the leader from BJP said that the opposition will not have to do anything to push  this government away.

Meanwhile, the party has planned to organise the Jana Aashirwad Yatra across the state. Sharing more details he said that the work done by the Center for the people will be shared through this yatra, and the information is also being given about the errors in the current administration implemented by the MVA. While addressing the media, Minister Danve further that the Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress have come together in Maharashtra and formed the MVA against the people's opinion.

While BJP, on the other hand, is still firm as an opposition party whereby the leaders are fully aware of the current political situation. Members are playing the role of the opposition efficiently and the party will not have to work hard to change the government in Maharashtra. He even compared MVA to a flop film.

Slamming MVA's performance, he added that the current ruling government will fall by itself while quarreling with each other. He assured that despite not being in power, BJP will promote the work in the interest of the people and will always oppose the bad work.

Moreover, referring to the development work in Maharashtra, Minister Danve added that the Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray had called a week back to discuss the progress on the Ahmedabad-Mumbai bullet train, and considering the same, a meeting will be scheduled with him shortly.

In June 2021, the ambitious bullet train project faced several multiple hurdles whereby reports state that the Indian Railways was unable to offer a completion deadline due to a combination of multiple factors. Moreover, the National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHRCL), despite a year, was still awaiting a bidder for the proposed underground station at Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC).
