Amid the tussle between the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), Union Minister Ramdas Athawale has said that the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government will fall as the future of the three-party alliance is not certain. He claimed that a coalition government of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Shiv Sena will be formed in Maharashtra.

“Ajit Pawar will be upset over the statements made by NCP chief Sharad Pawar on Parth Pawar. There is a tussle between all three alliance partners in the MVA. The future of MVA government is not certain. After the Ganpati immersion, the MVA government will also be dissolved and ‘Mahayuti’ will come to power,” Athawale said.

Athawale, Republican Party of India (A) chief, said that Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar might leave the NCP because his son, Parth, was publicly humiliated. He further claimed that Ajit Pawar might be upset because of Pawar senior’s statement on Parth.

As per Athawale’s projections, there might be a tussle brewing in the NCP and Congress as well. This all started after Sharad Pawar slammed his grand-nephew over his demand to transfer the Sushant Singh Rajput death case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

“The remarks made by Sharad Pawar on Parth Pawar’s demand have turned into a family feud. It is likely that Ajit Pawar might leave NCP,” he said.

Earlier, Pawar said that the demand made by Parth Pawar was “immature”. He also said that Parth’s demand was not worth paying attention to.

“Parth has less experience. He is immature. I don’t give any importance to what he has said. I have known the Maharashtra and Mumbai Police for 50 years. I have 100 per cent faith in them,” the NCP chief said.

This came after Pawar junior wrote a letter to Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh requesting him to take national emotions into consideration and initiate a CBI investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case.
