Also, MNS activists on Monday carried out a morcha against the administration in Goregaon expressing its displeasure regarding the pothole problems.

MNS workers entered the PWD office and along with vandalism, they manhandled the workers and officials too. The police have arrested five MNS activists including Nitin Chavan, Shyam Dhamale, Vishal Bhilare, Rajendra Khade, and Nitin Khanvilkar.

In the protest at Goregaon, MNS leader Virendra Jadhav said that they had written to BMC officials many times complaining about issues including water logging in Goregaon, huge potholes on the roads, garbage dumping. However, the BMC did not respond regarding the same.
