After the Ghatkopar Plane Crash incident which took five lives, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) national spokesperson Nawab Malik has demanded UY Aviation's licence to be cancelled.

There has been a lot of chaos after the plane crashed in the residential area of Mumbai’s Ghatkopar and many have questioned the company too. It existed in the market for only four years and yet UY Aviation was given the contract to provide planes for the Chief Minister’s visits.

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has avoided accidents three-four time now. Malik said that this is a serious matter and informed that the company is making planes from the scrapes provided by Uttar Pradesh government. Why were the previous incidents not investigated? questioned Malik.
