After issuing an apology over his misogynistic remarks, the opposition is not ready to spare Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Ram Kadam and is adamantly demanding his resignation.

Supporting Kadam, Revenue Minister Chandrakant Patil on Friday said that this issue should not be carried forward as Kadam has already apologised for the same

Kadam always helps everyone, many women celebrate Raksha Bandhan with him. There is no point of intensifying the issue, Kadam has already apologised,” said Patil.

Patil further informed that BJP state President Raosaheb Danve will decide if it is necessary to take action against Kadam.
