Vile Parle - Since 41 years, Gajanan Krida Mandal is organising Kabbadi competition. This year this competition took place at Waman Dubhashi ground at Vile Parle where 12 teams participated. MLA Parag Alwani was present as a chief guest along with Kounteya Pratisthan’s president Kounteya Deshmukh, Gajanan Krida Mandal’s presindet Jagdish Shetty and other dignitaries.
The final saw a hard fought battle between Air India and Mahindra & Mahindra in which the former won by 37-32. The 'Man of the Match' honour was given to Mahinidra & mahindra’s player Nilesh Salunkhe while 'Best Raid' award was given to Air India’s player Siddartha Desai.
