Shiv Sena has alleged that there is a conspiracy to link Maharashtra Environment Minister Aaditya Thackeray to the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut said that those making efforts to link Aaditya to the case will have to pay a heavy price for it.

Without taking any names, Raut said that the opposition can’t bear that Shiv Sena-led Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) was in power in Maharashtra. Earlier, Maharashtra Transport Minister Anil Parab had also slammed the allegations against Aaditya Thackeray who is also the Yuva Sena chief.

Challenging the opposition to bring proof showing Aaditya’s involvement in the SSR death case, Parab said that this was nothing but an attempt to malign the image of the young minister.

Similarly, Raut also lashed out at opposition trying to link Aaditya Thackeray to the case. “What has Aaditya Thackeray got to do with Sushant Singh Rajput case? It seems like the opposition still can’t digest that Shiv Sena-led government is in power,” he asserted.

Earlier, there have been media reports which have questioned the credibility of Mumbai Police in this investigation saying that they are trying to shield a young minister connected to Sushant Singh Rajput.

Meanwhile, Aaditya Thackeray finally broke his silence and dismissed all allegations of his involvement in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case.

Thackeray, son of Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, in a statement, rubbished all the theories and reports doing rounds on social media linking him with late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

Labelling reports linking him to the SSR death case as ‘baseless’ and ‘dirty politics’, Thackeray hit out at the opposition saying that he is being unnecessarily dragged in the case.
